"The building was built in the late 19th century and designed by the famous Newsome Brothers. With its Queen Anne facade and distinctive horseshoe entrance, the house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a City of San Francisco landmark.

Work included the restoration of the facade, site work design to accommodate disabled access, rebuilding the structure after a major fire, installing a new roof, restoration of finishes, building mechanical and electrical systems, and other code-related work." (visit link)
