When doing the Kingswell Bush Scenic Reserve walking track loop counterclockwise this is the second bridge you encounter.

This bridge is on a short loop trail that takes about 10 minutes to complete. It travels through a small dense bush area and is a great example of the forests of Central Southland prior to clearing over 100 years ago. Approximately 80 to 90 percent of the farmlands in Southland were covered in forest similar to this.
