This is a five story edifice rising prominently (with a dome) into the sky of central Bangkok. There is food and drink and entertainment to be found. Also the usual HR memorabilia and facilities.
I visited the place several times over the last week (Aug 2009) and had a great time on each visit, be it day or night, long or short. I am not one who generally enjoys bands, but the bands playing at the HR made my evening. Definitely recommended.
It is easy enough to find, perhaps 100m from the Siam skytrain station, the other side of the track from the monumental Siam Paragon shopping centre.
Open from mid-morning to approximately 01.30.
