Treasury Chambers is a good example of "late Victorian picturesque romantic style" with "heavy application of detailing".
It features "Red brick with stone trim comprising elaborate parapet, oriel, gable pediments over entry, cross-gabled chimney caps, window heads and sills (carved). Also some brick corbelling and rebated brick pilasters." (Australian Heritage Database: place_id=11011)
