This sundial is in the courtyard leading up to the mansion and Collingswood Ballroom/Theater. The site has been here since 1931 and is still actively used. The dial is in need of repair as unfortunately the pointer is currently missing.

The sundial was dedicated in May of 1959. The sun dial has turned green with time and was probably made of copper. It has a diameter of approximately 18 inches and has Roman numerals at the top. An inscription reads "Time takes All But Memories". Beneath this is another inscription which reads "Frederick H. Stigale, Jr. Class". In the center you can see where the pointer has been savagely ripped out. The sundial is embedded in a red stone table with four legs.
The dial sits directly across from the fountain, which acts as a very nice compliment. Similar stone was used in its construction as the stone table used for the dial. Both of these are on either side of the long walkway which leads to the mansion, headquarters of the Scottish Rite, a Masonic appendant body. The fountain is oblong, and the outside perimeter appears to be made of marble. The water part comes out of what resembles a lawn sprinkler, but obviously more intricate.
