I found this while biking in the area. It is surrounded by concrete at the entrance of the Lac Le Jeune Campsite, south of Kamloops

It is roughed up in spots, with pavement being set, and vehicles driving over it.
The way the concrete isn't in the circle around it i would guess that it was there before the concrete was.
It has the number 538 stamped on the bottom and it was placed in 1993.
