Single railway line number 227 runs from Kostelec near Jihlava to Slavonice. The section Kostelec u Jihlavy - Telc was launched in 1898. Section from Telc to Slavonice and Austria was launched in 1902. Unfortunately, this railway connection between Slavonice (CZ) and Austria was closed in 1945.
The station is 555 meters above sea level.
CZ: V Trešti jsou dve vlakové zastávky - mestské a hlavní nádraží. Jednokolejná železnicní trat c. 227 vede z Kostelce u Jihlavy do Slavonice a dríve dále do Rakouska. V celé své délce byla zprovoznena roku 1902. Úsek z Kostelce u Jihlavy do Telce, tedy vcetne Trešte, byl zprovoznen již o ctyri roky dríve, v roce 1898.
Avšak bohužel roku 1945 bylo spojení s Rakouskem prerušeno a dodnes kvuli nezájmu rakouské strany nebylo obnoveno, prestože spodní vrstva kolejí cástecne zustala zachována.
