Made of bronze, not gold, this eight-foot sculpture of Oakland University's Golden Grizzly mascot stands outside the school's Athletics Center. It was created by the parents of OU swimmer Hunor Ma'te of Hungary. The university, students and OU Student Congress raised more than $35,000 to acquire it.
