This Lamb Air Cargo Plane is affectionately know as Miss Piggy. She crashed landed 1 mile short of the runway 15 in Churchill MB.

She is called Miss Piggy because of her shape and she was able to hold so much freight. She was rumored to once have pigs on board.
Two of the three crew were seriously injured but all survived.
On one side, she has a red stripe down her side and the Lamb Air logo. The other side was apparently painted gray for a movie.

No.1 engine oil temperature rise and a drop in oil pressure forced the crew to descend and turn back to Churchill. The aircraft couldn't hold the altitude and a forced landing was made in rough terrain 1/4 mile short of the runway.
