Westminster Tower Medical Center clock tower - this seems to be a two story strip mall on Westminster Blvd., done in the pseudo-Tudor architecture that seems to be required of many buildings in this town (to imitate it's namesake in Merry Olde Englande, I suppose). The tower top seems to be a popular pigeon hangout. Other than that, I don't know too much about it.
