This Historic District was initially established in 1986 and then in 1990 a portion of the original area was removed from the District Boundary. Today the area is roughly bounded by Laughlin (east), Fifth (south), and Union (west) Streets and on the north bu I-84. The Oregon State data base says there are 39 eligible resources and 54 ineligible resources within the district but actually lists only 2 contributing resources. The coordinates are at the Granada Theater which is one of the 2 listed contributing resources.
