This town clock is dedicated to the former town Mayor, Ann A. Mullen, who served from 1979 to 1994, a tenure of 15 years. It is in the Blackwood historic district and is fully functional and in great shape.

The clock can be found along the busy Black Horse Pike in the heart of the NRHP historic district. It is a free standing clock on the curb near the street.

Blackwood is an unincorporated area belonging to Gloucester Twp. in N.J. The center of town runs along Church St., where fittingly, are 100+ year old churches and cemeteries, marking the historic district. Black Horse Pike is the major thoroughfare.
