Although there are multiple entrances to this huge mall, the nearest one to the Disney store is the one at 100 W. Broadway. Take the escalators, just inside, to the third level and turn left. If you are coming from other areas of the mall, you must go down to the Nordstrom end in order to go up to the third level which is just on that one small extension of the mall.
