This old tower can be found in Raccoon Creek State Park in Hookstown, Pennsylvania. It is located at the former camp of the Civilian Conservation Corps who established the park as a Recreation Demonstration area in the 1930's.

The remains of a former CCC camp can still be seen in Raccoon Creek State Park in western Pennsylvania. The camp housed the members of company 3305 who were put to work creating a Recreation Demonstration area here. The Park was turned over to state control in 1945.
