Quite possibly the most photographed covered bridge in Kentucky, the Goddard/White bridge is one of three in Fleming County.

The 60' long Goddard/White bridge was built in 1864 with a Town Lattice Truss. It was originally located on KY 32, 2 miles to the south and was moved by the WPA in 1932. The only surviving example of Ithiel Town’s Lattice design in Kentucky. Construction date is actually unknown, but Stock Bower believed it to have been 1864. It was restored in 1968 under supervision of Stock Bower and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. Finally bypassed in 1998 and completely renovated using most of the original timbers between 2004 and 2006.
