The Grange City bridge is the second of three covered bridges in Fleming County.

The 80' Grange City bridge was built with a multipe kingpost truss around 1867. It was a virtual copy of the Ringo's Mill bridge, but in 1926 the horizontal siding was replaced by corrugated sheet metal and the shape of the portal was changed. The bridge was bypassed and closed in 1968 and put on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. The corrugated siding was replaced with vertical white oak in 1983.
