Circular brass disc on a concrete pier. Inscribed with "Ontario Department of Highways Surveys. 5 years prison max for removal".
There does not seem to be any other intentional stamping on the disc, such as an identity number.
Location is at the side of Grand Avenue East, just outside of Chatham city limits.
