On Hungry Hill Road to the Northeast from Crabtree, Oregon this bridge is off the beaten path but is still in use. Sign in town will direct you and there is a pulloff at the bridge for parking.
Current Condition of Bridge: Restored and on a working road.
Description of Covered Bridge:
Built primarily with hand tools in 1936 by Lee Hoffman, the upper timbers show adze marks where workers shaped them by hand. The bridge is painted white and has two Gothic windows on each side.
