This mural details the Younger family (Cole Younger's mother and siblings) being evicted from their property by Union troops due to General Order No. 11 issued by Brigadier General Thomas Ewing in response to the burning of Lawrence, Kansas. Troops do not wait for the Youngers to leave before burning the house. This mural was painted by Daniel Brewer and further details can be found on the Cass County Society Website.
