The Lincoln Park Zoo was founded in 1868, and now sits on 35 acres. It's the only zoo within the Chicago City limits, and is home to a bird house, a primate house, polar bears, tigers, and all other sorts of animals. The zoo also has a children's section and a farm section. The zoo is open all year round and is free to all.
