This school house was built in 1913 in Sand Creek township. It was moved to the park in 1990. Renovations were completed in 1995 by the Jennings County Preservation Association. The school is still a destination for local schools.
It is possible to tour the school during the business hours for the nearby visitors center. (M - F 9 am - 4 pm).
