In the Cihelná street in Lesser Town of Prague, in courtyard of the Franz Kafka Museum, you'll find a crazy sculpure - another piece of "rude art" by David Cerný. Always a crowded location, you would not believe what people do here... toss coins, get barefoot and climb in, grab the organs one in each hand, admire and pose and turn red. When left alone the pissing men pee a static rectangular pattern, but this is a high-tech interactive piece of art. You can make them write anything you want with their pee! Seriously!
Do you see that square storm drain by the base of the black lamp post? Right in front of it is a small green disk, it's about the size of your foot in real life. This is a plaque in the ground and it has a phone number on it with the words "SMS Peeing Men". Send an SMS to the number (+420) 724370770 and the men will write it with their pee, just like your name in the snow. You just have to stand there long enough to watch and see them do it...
Now here's the really smashing detail - the frame of this sculpture, the little basin they're standing in, is made in the shape of the Czech Republic! So, if you're into it, you can text message a word like "LOVE" and they will spell it out, symbolically broadcasting it over the entire country. Either that or they're just pissing all over the country, depends on how you want to see it.
David Cerný is clearly a thinking man. Just go see for yourself and behold the fantastic arrangement on your own. In addition to this, he's done the giant brass babies climbing up the Prague TV tower, the Letna metronome, the Hanging Man (waymark WM6GT1), crazy bus stop in Liberec (waymark WM6GAF) and lot of another provocative pieces of art...

By the way, the door you see in the photos back next to huge K, is the entrance to the Franz Kafka museum. Don't forget to check that out too...
