The original cornerstone from 1839 marks this 170 year old neighborhood church. Seventy-Four years later in 1913, a date etched in the other side of the cornerstone, more construction was completed on this church.

This church is very simple and modest compared to the other Bridesburg religious structures. Similarly, however, it is composed of the giant stones typical of houses of worship of that era. The church is well tended to and like other churches in this town within a town, the building is squeezed in with the the neighboring homes.
