Page Hall, located on the South East corner of the Ohio State University oval, was renovated in December of 2004. Consistent with OSU's vision of maintaining "... the traditional landscape and architectural character of the Oval," Page Hall's oval facing facade was preserved.

A visitor to Page Hall will see the remnants of the original front stairway and columns still inplace, presenting a view from the campus Oval of Page Hall very similar to how it looked when opened in 1903.

The stairs attach to the building by a steel I-beam and for visitors, you'll quickly discover that they only serve a decorative purpose.

The newly renovated interior is the architecturally beautiful home to the John Glenn Institute and the School of Public Policy and Management. The building serves as a welcoming starting point for visitors to campus (in the author's case, this is where my son's campus tour started, with our tour guide delighting in telling us Page Hall's story and the tradition of the Oval).

Another building on the Oval is being renovating and nearing completion: William Oxley Thompson Memorial Library. It, too, retains it appearance to the Oval... though no architectural remnants.
