Lieutenant Colonel Bruce Allen Jensen’s plane was shot down by antiaircraft fire during a combat mission in Laos on August 27, 1967. LTC Jensen’s name is on the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C., panel 25E, line 51.
This memorial was directed by the California Assembly’s Concurrent Resolution 43, Chapter 220, in 1971.
