This Neon sign is located on the front of the Swanton Coliseum Skating rink just outside Swanton,Ohio. Opened in 1985 under the current owners, it has been a popular kid hangout since then. I myself spent plenty of hours completing the loop inside that building.
The neon you are looking for is actually the lettering on the front of the building. I can't honestly say that it works becuase I have not seen it at night within the past 5 years, but it still is hanging there.
