A CADW monument, Din Lligwy Village dates to the Romano-British period and comprises of stone hut remains in an enclosure. There is a wide parking area on the narrow country lane near Moelfre and Llanallgo and information boards at the site. It is a short walk across a cattle field.
There were hundreds of Roman finds here in 1905-7 dating to the 3rd and 4th centuries A.D. The round buildings are the dwelling places and the other buildings are the barns or workshops. There is evidence that this site may date back to the Iron Age.
