Benchmark can be found on east side of bridge, below level of roadway and is 0.6 MILE (1.0 KM) SOUTH OF WINCHESTER, NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF WINCHESTER RD AND OLIVE AVE, 260 FEET (79.2 M) SOUTH OF OLIVE AVE AND 40 EAST OF WINCHESTER RD, SET A 1-3/8 INCH BRASS DISK IN TOP OF NORTHEAST WINGWALL AT FLOOD CONTROL CHANNEL.
