Easy find. However disk has been removed, but disk imprint can still be seen in concrete and bolt or stem is still in place with SDC 3 1985 imprinted on bolt or stem. (See Photo)

The benchmark is AT THE SAN DIEGO CANAL AND HIDDEN SPRINGS RD, AT THE SOUTHEAST WINGWALL OF BRIDGE ABUTMENT. A 1-3/8 INCH BRASS DISK SET FLUSH, just inside and viewable from security fence.
