Reported to be the oldest caboose in Oregon this SP caboose was built in 1907.

SP # 573 was in service until 1965 when it was donated to the Toledo Jaycees to be used as a meeting hall. In 1996 it was acquired by the Yaquina Pacific Railroad Historical Society which promptly began restoration. The caboose is now used as an office and information center. Source:

It is interesting to note that the trucks used on this caboose are from 1953 and were manufactured in Sacramento.
