This is located at the Mason City maintenance facility. The bell has no writing on it what so ever.
We asked a worker at the faqcility if ther is any history on the bell. He said it has been around as long as he can remember, but no other information is known. The town is building a new "display" for the bell. It should be finished this summer.
Hopefully we can go back next spring and have another look.
