As I was taking a picture of this "candle", the owner looked at me suspiciously and asked what I was doing. I explained waymarking and that it was on a website. I asked what was it before it was a candle, he told me it was a lighthouse, but another storage company, Sure Guard Storage, sued him saying he was infringing on their trademark and copyright to the lighthouse theme. After he spent $17,000 converting it to a giant candle, Sure Guard Storage sold out to Public Storage and PS couldn't have cared less about the lighthouse theme... if he had only waited.
