This fine establishment was originally named the "Bugs Bunny Motel" (with a mutant Bugs on it's neon sign) until Warner Brothers caught wind of it and sent a Cease and Desist order to remove their beloved rabbit's name from the sleazy motel marquee. Rather than rename it altogether, the owners just blotted out part of the "u" and renamed it the B ig Bunny Motel.
Now, if they could just do something about the sleazy part...
