Wally has a serious drinking problem.
Since having his license revoked,
Wally has been forced to get around by bicycle.
That hasn't stopped Wally though.
Undaunted, Wally hits the road - his basket full of longnecks.
To prevent himself from further injury,
His front tire being a dead give away,
He chose a medieval approach to personnal protection.
