This is actually at The Anchorage, a Christian alcohol rehabilitation center. The Anchorage occupies the radar portion of the abandoned Nike Nuclear Missle facility. Drive around the back of the facility and you will see the remnants of the supports for the HIPAR Radar (High Powered Acquisition Radar). Thus there is no "parking lot" coordinates. The installation was activated in the late 1950s. It was to be used to track Soviet bombers and support the launch of nuclear anti-aircraft missiles that would detonate over North Florida. Thus, destroying the Soviet Bombers and their nuclear bombs... Thanks to skeebie21 for these details, and placing a geocache nearby.
