De Twiskemolen is een achtkante grondzeiler binnenkruier gebouwd in 1974. Functie van de molen is het bemalen van de Twiskepolder. De molen is de herbouw van de Hooglandsmolen die in Barsingerhorn heeft gestaan en die vermoedelijk al rond 1578 werd gebouwd. Tot 1939 is hij hier in gebruik geweest, waarna hij in 1967 uiteindelijk werd gedemonteerd. Daarna is hij in 1973-1974 op zijn huidige locatie herbouwd. De Twiskemolen heeft een grote landschappelijke waarde.
