This is a nice fountain located at the intersection of Second and Main Street in Ottawa, Kansas. The fountain has an octagon shaped concrete base. The park hours are 4am-11pm Sunday-Thursday and 4am-Midnight on Friday and Saturday. The park is home to the mayor's Christmas tree and a few concerts are held here throughout the year.
