This is an elevated picnic with a picnic bench and two working men dummies having a snooze whilst listening to the radio. They are 20ft in the air raised on a pole. One is in a hi-vis coat, the other in blue overalls with appropriate head gear in case they fall off.
This has become a historic waymark it has been removed. We are keeping this listed as a recent part of history.
