On the narrow path following the Metedeconck River on South Lake Drive, this small footbridge is just off footbridge #2, and leads the walker to some fantastic and remote fishing spots.

The path the leads along the river splits by footbridge #2. This is a narrow, overgrown dirt trail tht can get muddy. Walkers can walk the wider, gravel trail along the main road...but they'd miss the really cute bridge.
This area is swampy, and when the river is high, this section washes out. This little bridge helps the walker across this dangerous section.
You also get a good view of footbridge #2 from here.
The path runs to footbridge #4...about 1/4 mile away.
