Located west of intersection of Avon Beldon Rd and Lake Rd, near the Old Fire House. Benchmark is set in east end of bridge, on the south side of road, in top of concrete curb, next to a hand rail. The only other stamping on benchmark is "Dist 3" which likely means District 3 of ODOT.

Noticed during recent bike ride along Lake Rd. Ample parking can be found on Avon Beldon Rd behind the Old Fire House.
