Fortification of Nymburk Town / Opevneni Mesta Nymburk, Czech Republic - Gothic Architecture on Waymarking.com

Building of town fortification started in the beginning of 14th century during Vaclav II reign and was finished in 1335 by king Jan Lucembursky. Originally defence wall had 40 towers and 5 gates.
