The theater has had many incarnations over the years. The latest being The Fox Theater starting in 1985. Prior to this it had been a Regal Theater.P>
The Rio Theater had the longest run here from 1949 to 1979 in the current theater. Prior to this another theater was operated in the building using a different configuration of space.
