Quinn has a population of 45, as of July 2007, a few more than noted in the 2000 census.
It is located in Pennington County, South Dakota, a few miles east of Wall and the famous Wall Drug.
The town is barely a wide spot in the road with gravel roads and minimal structures to be seen.
The population is made up of mostly German and English ancestry.
