Fantasia Coffee & Tea is a clean-looking, new establishment, almost at the end of Santana Row Avenue, near the parking lot. They offer hot and cold beverages. Most of their teas are $3.25-3.50. They have cookies and other small bakery treats too. There is a small number of indoor seats and four outdoor tables as well.
The bonus is free WiFi service too.

Fantasia is a new store and like clean, bright, and well-kept.
This was my first time having a tea with pearls. I already like tapioca, I decided to go for a "safe" flavor - strawberry green tea, which comes with milk by default. Cost was $3.25. At first it's strange having these little pearls fly up your straw and land in in your mouth. They're very chewy, more so than tapioca. It's fun to watch two or three pearls make their way up the straw. The drink was very tasty and I found myself going for the remaining pearls among the ice cubes at the end. Overall, a fun new experience.
