Long Description:
This bridge was built as a railway bridge between 1846 and 1849 by famous Alois Negrelli, who was past master for transit architecture. Traffic on viadudt started at 6.4.1851. Bridge connects the quarters Holesovice and Karlin.

With its length of 1111 meters and 87 high elbows at that time ranked it among world uniques.

Massive foold in 2002 (the worst in Prague history) viaduct survived without any problem ( traffic on it wasnt stopped).
