I see ordinary graffiti every day in the city; nothing special about it - until I happened to find this while seeking a benchmark. I found the "art" interesting, it obviously shows talent and focus - especially in the difficult "spray can" medium...good use of accent color, good layering and shadowing; but the location sealed the deal - the entire bottom "pontoon" of a bridge abutment - IN the river. Either there was a severe drought I missed, or this person did this while standing waist deep in a strong current. Even better if they did it 'upside down', from above.
