This Kite was part of the "Kites: Art Takes Flight" public project from April to October 2006. Forty decorative kite sculptures were created and placed through the Main Line (Haverford, Lower Merion and Radnor). This was a "regional celebration of Benjamin Franklin’s 300th Birthday with an innovative public art project."
