The Richard B. Petzold Building also known as the Noble Building was built in 1905 by the Noble family to serve as a saloon and residence. The building was purchased by Richard Petzold, a grocer, in 1917. The building was the site of original McAnulty's restaurant and cigar store. Later the building served as a candy store, rooming house, hardware store and office building. Currently it serves as offices for a counseling center and for an architectural services company.
