The Saar Pioneer Cemetery, was established by Peter Saar in 1873, in what is now Kent, King County, Washington, for the burial of his wife Margaret.

This waymark is in the middle of the cemetery, facing the tombstones of G. L. Hubbard and Rosalie Bucher, and a small pile of boulders. The cemetery is on a hillside overlooking the Green River valley, at the intersection of WA Hwy 167 and S 212th Street, and next to a WinCo Foods store. The cemetery was started by Peter Saar as a burial place for his wife. There are about 103 graves in this cemetery. The cemetery has been surveyed and the stones transcribed by the
South King County Genealogical Society. It has been
photographed by the South King County Amateur Shutterbugs.
