The only park on the American River Parkway that is not County but City of Rancho Cordova Park District. It shares the municipal swim pool with the High School, and a diving team.

Access to the Jed Smith Bicycle Trail along the American River.
$4 admission or annual pass for $15. Sport fields, a Rotary sponsored petting barn, Canadian geese and ponds, miniature train rides once a month, shared tennis courts with the high school, (probably the only public courts in this area), childrens playground and a community building. Several parking areas. Events are held here, car shows, ethnic picnic days, etc. The Eppies Great Race triathalon passes by. A dog park has been added.
